The ClubRaha name, logo and site design belong to the Platform and may not be used without permission.

Listings and photos belong to the users who upload them. Users confirm they own, or have permission to use, everything they upload. The Platform does not claim ownership of user content and is not responsible for infringement by users.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or uses your image without consent, email support@example.com with: the URL of the content, proof that you own the rights or are the person pictured, and your contact details. We will review the report and remove infringing content where appropriate. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
